สืบเนื่องมาจาก blog เก่าของเรามีปัญหา (http://thee98.spaces.live.com) คือว่าคนอื่นเข้าไม่ได้มาเดือนกว่าๆแล้ว… ก็เลยตัดสินใจ Mail ไปถาม Technical Support ของ Microsoft ดู… ที่จิงก็ไม่คาดหวังว่าจะได้คำตอบจาก support เท่าไร.. เพราะแต่ก่อนเคยเขียนไปถามปัญหากะ gmail ก็ไม่ได้รับคำตอบเลย.. แต่เพียง 10 นาทีเค้าก็ตอบกลับมา….
เราถามไปว่า… (เหอะๆ อับอายภาษาปะกิตของตัวเอง..)
I have a problem with my spaces. Most people cannot read my spaces. When home page is loading, IE pop-up the Error Message and then automatically close.
as I have tested.. this problem occurs just in IE6, but not in IE7.
i remembered, i had been blogging last 2 blogs with IE7, after that the problem seen.

This is Damen and I understand that the browser crashes everytime people access your Space. I know how inconvenient this can be.
This problem is typically caused by malformed HTML in one of the blog entries. Very complex web pages (like a Windows Live Space) that have a certain type of malformed HTML can cause IE 6 to get caught in a loop and crash. The HTML Filter in the Windows Live Spaces blog editor can be used to fix this problem as follows:
1. Go to http://spaces.live.com/ and click the "Sign In" link in the upper right hand corner.
2. Sign in with your Windows Live ID (formerly known as Windows Live ID account). This should take you to the Author view of your space (edit mode).
3. Click on the title for your Blog module to bring up the Editing Blog full page view.
4. Click on the title for the first blog entry, which will take you to the preview page for this blog entry.
5. Click the "<HTML>" link in the blog editor.
6. Click the "Publish entry" button.
7. Repeat steps 5 and 6 for each of your blog entries.
These steps should fix this particular problem.

ประเด็นก็คือ " Microsoft เค้าใช้ Machine ในการตอบคำถามหรือเปล่า?"…
Damen คือใคร? เค้าเป็นเขียนตอบเอง หรือว่าเพียงแค่กด Confirm และ Send..
จากที่ดูในคำตอบจะเห็นว่ามีการใช้ restatement ใน paragraph แรก เป็นไปได้หรือไม่ที่ MS จะใช้ Program ตอบ มันฉลาดได้ขนาดนี้แล้วหรือยัง?
ถ้าให้ดูจริงๆนะเราเชื่อว่า ใช้คนตอบหว่ะ… ก็คือค้นๆวิธีแก้ปัญหา แล้ว copy แปะ แล้วเขียน paragraph แรกพอให้เห็นภาพรวมของปัญหา แล้วก็ส่ง… แล้วเพื่อนๆคิดกันว่าไงอ่ะ???
ps. จากคำตอบของเค้า.. ดูเหมือนว่าเค้าจะรู้ถึงปัญหานี้ว่าจะเกิดขึ้นแน่ๆ.. แล้วทำไมไม่แก้หว่า….
